The I-95 is a document that is provided to crew members the first time they arrive in the United States. When it is initially provided to the crew member, it will be by a Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officer and provide landing privileges for a period up to 29 days (calculated on an aggregate basis) as either a “D1” or “D2” crewmember.
